Q: How do I get an API key?

A: After signing up, go to the "API Keys" section in your dashboard and click "Generate New API Key" to get it instantly.

Q: I can't install the WordPress plugin.

A: Go to WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New > Upload and upload the zip file. If the problem persists, contact support@koreacheckout.com.

Q: Is the 100 free transactions per month really permanent?

A: Yes, up to 100 transactions per month are permanently free without any time limit. You only need to upgrade to a higher plan when you exceed this limit.

Q: How do I integrate with Toss Payments?

A: After signing a merchant contract with Toss Payments, enter the API key you received into the Korea Checkout settings for automatic integration. See our developer documentation for details.

Q: How are refunds processed?

A: You can request a refund by selecting the transaction in your dashboard. Refunds take 3-7 days depending on the payment method.
